On Harry Potter, oh my God
I may be one of the only 5 people in this world, but I really, really, really don’t care about Harry Potter. I’ve never read the books, I’ve never seen the movies, and I’ve never wasted more than 5 minutes thinking about the guy.
I seriously don’t care.
Why do I say this? Because everyone else is talking about him, and I still don’t care. I go out for lunch with friends, they are talking about him, I go to read some news, and they’ve got stories on him, I go to a couple personal websites, and they’ve blogged about him.
Please give me a break!
Now, I’m laughing as I write this, but I still feel the same way. I can’t take it. I don’t care, at all.
You want to draw my attention on fantasy? Give me a vampire, give me a badass, give me someone who isn’t always stuck on doing the right thing. Then I’ll care.
But Harry? No thanks.

hahaa oh man i’m so predictable, i blogged about harry today! lmao. i was the same as you, infact, i was one step further in that i had a burning hatred for harry potter. but i’ve finally given in to the years of family/friends trying to break me down and it’s not so bad. but i totally get where you’re coming from.

I HATE HARRY POTTER. Rather, I’m so tired of hearing about it when I could care less. I don’t need to be smothered with it. From what I’ve been forced to read, the last book sucked anyway so stfu already. Now I feel better. On that happier note, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

I used to be one of the five, until my sister got me into it about two years ago and now I’m slightly hooked lol! But, not as much as some of these people I’ve seen around. Having said that I did go with my sister to get book 7 at midnight…

Well first and foremost happy belated birthday! And secondly I SO AGREE. It seems like every blog I go to has a blog on HP and frankly I’m quite sick of the dude. I read up to book 4 and then lost interest. I only see the movies when there is nothing else on TV. Glad to hear someone feels the same way.

I don’t have any interest in Harry Potter, either. I’ve never tried to read the books though or watched a movie, so I can’t say it’s bad. I just don’t have any desire to watch or read about it. And yes, it’s the talk all over. Grrr. I’d rather them talk about football (another thing I have no interest in!).

haha i can understand how you feel i do like Harry Potter and i do read and watch everything Harry Potter but i am not willing to make a huge deal about it like some people do. Actually i still haven’t got the book i do want it but no bad enough to run out and get it right away and stand in lines a mile long. When i get it i get it. I’ll read it write some things about it but not make a big deal about it.
