Happy fangirl day!!

Although some things about today suck like crap (I’m skipping both classes, I just can’t make it. But on the plus side, this is the first time all semester), other things are great.

X-Files 2 is officially a go! And I am so excited.

I’ve been waiting for 5+ years for this movie (really since The X-Files movie #1 in 1998), and it’s finally here. After years of promises and mis-communications, they’re going to start filming in December (supposedly–although, that’s what David Duchovny says).

And, apparently the chemistry among the group still exists as well:

“It was more emotional than I would have thought it was [going to be],” he said of the confab. “If you spend that much time with people and go through that much, there’s a lot of residual feeling.” ((David D. speaking))

So, all in all, a good fangirl day. I guess patience really does work.

I’ve never really been an X Files fan but I hope you enjoy it when it eventually comes out! :)

I used to watch the X-Files when it was on TV, but then they took it off air. I can’t remember if I’ve seen the first movie or not, and I didn’t even know there was a second one, lol. :)

I’m not a big X-Files fan but it’s cool that they’re releasing a second movie. I didn’t realise there was even a first movie. I wish I could say it was the first time I’d skipped classes this half term!
