Webmasters, Web-drama, Web-Headache
So, I’ve decided to completely break away from all the web drama. It’s really gotten out of hand.
My decision was based on a new site that completely shocked the senses out of me, and really made me question the sanity of the people who make fun of other people’s sites just to make fun of them.
So, I’ve decided to stop patronizing certain sites who dedicate any amount of time criticizing others just to criticize them. This includes not using scripts, not linking to them, etc (unless credit for something else is really necessary). So far, I can only think of 3 sites, so no big deal I guess. ((And, I won’t name them because that would be doing what I said I wouldn’t.))
My aim is not to bring drama here–which is why I’ve turned off comments for this post. I’ve read the reasons for and against, so no I don’t need to see any more. I believe what I believe ((that if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all)), and they believe what they believe.
So, I’m just going to ignore it all, and let people deal with it themselves. I’ve said and done enough.
